Develop and maintain key project artifacts including project charter, budget, project plan, technical design, test plan, activation plan and go/no-go readiness assessment documents. Manage project scope, issues and risks. Conduct weekly status meetings. Distribute weekly status reports. Maintain ATP to ensure leadership reporting is accurate. Provide regular updates to program leadership. Provide knowledge transfer to service line this application is transferring to.
