ICF is seeking a team-oriented Senior IT Purchasing Specialist (Buyer) to join their growing Procurement team within their Contracts, Procurement & Pricing Group. The role requires an individual with purchasing experience supporting federal and commercial client contracts, specifically with IT procurement including software, hardware, services, and negotiation of various agreements like subscription, master services, SaaS, and EULAs, preferably in a professional services environment. This position is responsible for executing procurement processes and administering vendor agreements to ensure compliance with approved purchasing system policy and procedures, client requirements, and procurement best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a robust work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
