About The Position

The Senior IT Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the client. This role is responsible for managing the hybrid Waterfall/Agile workflow, prioritising enhancements, and ensuring all project management guidelines are followed.

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• SCRUM Master in the SCRUM Agile methodology.
• At least five years of experience managing/executing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies.
• At least four years’ experience managing environmental projects in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local Level).
• At least five years’ experience implementing enterprise environmental solutions in the public sector.
• At least three years’ experience working with Atlassian’s JIRA Project Management Software.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with client systems: NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, DataMiner, RADIUS, COMPASS, Letterbuilder, PDF Processor, and Spreadsheet Processor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and support for all management aspects of the agreement.
• Work with the client to prioritize production issues and enhancements.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with the client and author Monthly Status Reports.
• Ensure projects follow the State's Project Management Guidelines.
• Facilitate remotely hosted meetings and on-site planning sessions as required.
