About The Position

E-logic is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in support of the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Human Resources Directorate (HRD). As a key partner providing full life-cycle IT support services, you will manage projects critical to the HRD Personnel and Payroll Systems Division (PPSD) and the Customer Experience and Engagement Division (CEED).

Requirements

• Master's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing IT projects, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage complex, high-visibility IT projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and guide the work of diverse technical teams, including developers, analysts, and testers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical project staff.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, while assessing business implications for each project stage.
• Manage project budget, risk, and schedule, ensuring compliance with federal IT security requirements.
