Position Overview: We are currently seeking a determined and dynamic Senior IT Project Manager who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including projects as a part of a program
  • Experience in varied project delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project/Planner
  • Proficiency with IT software development and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Miro
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills
  • PMP, PgMP, CSM Certifications desired

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the completion of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Usher large initiatives through the intake and prioritization process.
  • Understand the business objectives of initiatives and assist in articulating scope, high-level requirements, and desired process flows to meet strategic business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business owners and financial planners to develop business cases for candidate initiatives.
  • Work with IT Enterprise Architects, IT Product Owners, and Development Team leads to define project solutions, estimates, and phasing if necessary.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental and cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success.
  • Develop and manage project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Proactively drive the mitigation of project risks and issues.
  • Ensure appropriate communication about project status, concerns, or escalations to team members, business leaders, and executive sponsors.
  • Lead large and/or complex project initiatives that require critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong leadership skills.
