About The Position

The Senior IT Product Manager is an integrator of people, process, and technology – a strategic leader, problem solver, and trusted advisor for our internal business stakeholders – in this case, the World Wide Technology Global Sales team. This key role requires a consultative mindset, broad technical expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, advanced relationship management abilities, and the ability to drive enterprise level initiatives that align with Sales’ business goals. Having responsibility for both vision and execution, the Senior IT Product Manager blends strategic foresight with operational discipline to lead transformational efforts across IT services and solutions. In our high-tech company, this Senior Manager role has the potential to oversee multiple IT Teams comprised of IT professionals, responsible for delivering critical business initiatives, enhancing existing platforms, and maintaining reliable IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technology delivery, proven experience managing high-performing teams, and a track record of enabling business value through IT. In addition, the candidate has extensive background and experience in relationship management and in Sales and/or Sale Operations, including functional understanding of technology platforms such as Salesforce, Learning Management Systems, and other critical sales tools. This role is central to shaping the future of enterprise IT at scale — with a strong emphasis on cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on AI forward solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Engineering
  • A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks
  • A minimum of 5 years working directly or indirectly with Sales processes within Salesforce
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in or with Sales Operations and/or Business Development
  • Up to 10% Domestic and International Travel
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale IT initiatives and complex operations in a hybrid or matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy and to drive cross-functional results
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive product management experience
  • A minimum of 5 years leading successful High Performing Teams in a hybrid and distributed organization

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders across departments.
  • Act as a consultant and change agent, translating business needs into technology strategies and actionable solutions.
  • Recognize complex business challenges and problems and work between our business stakeholders and our technology teams to create effective solutions.
  • Drive measurable business impact through the integration of people, process, and technology.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, or customer experience through IT capabilities.
  • Ensure all team activities adhere to internal controls, compliance standards, and cybersecurity policies.
  • Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning across projects and operations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and service providers.
  • Oversee budgets, resource planning, and vendor performance to ensure alignment with cost, quality, and service expectations.
  • Identify and champion opportunities for process improvements, automation, and adoption of best practices.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and a balanced people-process-technology approach to create synergies that improve business outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the team to explore new ideas and solutions that enhance service delivery or productivity.
