Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 6+ years of quality control or finance experience required
• 2+ years technology experience required
• Strong knowledge of IT financial accounting and Six Sigma processes
• Ability to develop and implement strategic programs to address performance and process concerns, including but not limited to financial matters
• Strong critical thinking and facilitation skills
• Strong ability to lead and facilitate complex discussions and participate in critical conversations with key stakeholders (management, individual contributors, etc.)
• Strong ability to apply problem-solving skills to moderate to complex problems and provide clear, concise explanations
• Consistently demonstrate an innovative mindset by introducing new ideas and processes to improve performance and compliance
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-performance culture through reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement
• Independently plan and conduct analysis of business processes to improve efficiency and integrity
• Independently collaborate with management to develop process improvement plans
• Keep abreast of all levels of complexity of performance management related regulations, guidance, and industry developments, particularly in areas of subject matter expertise such as IT Finance
• Summarize and present key findings from analysis
• Provide coaching and/or mentoring to team members within and outside department
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with key IT and business management
• Perform other duties as assigned
