Senior IT PM – Supply Chain & Operations

We are currently searching for a Senior IT PM – Supply Chain & Operations : Responsibilities: Manage 3–4 concurrent initiatives within the Supply Chain and Operations portfolios, maintaining high delivery velocity and quality. Drive proactive risk mitigation and rigorous change control for complex operations delivery. Lead implementations and optimizations of specialized systems ( Softeon WMS, Oracle, GAINS, Descartes, OTM, aSa, or Axonify ). Manage hybrid delivery models , coordinating both onshore and offshore contract development resources . Translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable workstreams with a high degree of autonomy . Drive cross-functional alignment and lead governance and stakeholder priority management across complex workstreams. Requirements: Proven track record in Supply Chain/Operations IT project delivery . Direct experience with WMS, ERP, or Logistics platforms (e.g., Softeon, Oracle, OTM, GAINS ). Strong mastery of PMI-based competency areas and SDLC ; experience with iterative/Agile delivery is preferred. Expert-level vendor and complex relationship management involving senior leadership. Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision. Desired: Experience with Axonify or aSa platforms. Experience managing offshore development teams .
