About The Position
IT Business Operations is seeking a Senior IT Metrics and Reporting Analyst experienced in aligning IT operations, IT governance, IT risk management, IT finance, IT Vendor management and IT strategic sourcing. This Senior IT Metrics and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for identifying and defining key IT metrics that align with our organizational goals and develop and implement long-term plans and models for measuring and reporting these metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Additionally, the role will integrate governance, risk management, and finance into the IT metrics and reporting process. You will also assist in facilitating the identification of team mission statements, core functions, desired outcomes, and success measures that align with the strategic direction of the CIO to ensure that organization delivers outcomes that are aligned to the mission and strategy. Oversee the completion of assessments and review of metrics to drive continuous improvement in IT service and product delivery. Oversee the development and maintenance of performance management frameworks and metrics - to ensure the IT organization delivers value to the enterprise and can demonstrate that value.
