In your role, you may work from the following Medtronic sites: Mounds View, Minnesota; Irvine, California; Fridley, Minnesota; Lafayette, Colorado; Rice Creek, Minnesota; Jacksonville, Florida; Boston, Massachusetts; Memphis, Tennessee. The Senior IT Manager - Technical Training and Professional Development is a member of the Office of the CIO (OCIO) leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of technical training and upskilling initiatives for the Global IT workforce. You will ensure alignment with Global IT strategy and goals by identifying skill gaps, curating and delivering targeted learning programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You will collaborate closely with IT leadership, HR, Finance and external partners to design scalable, role-based learning programs that support both current and future technology capabilities across the organization.
