Requirements

• A minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Senior IT Engineer.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies.
• Document systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Build/manage Okta IDP, workflows, integrations, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and enforce strong security policies.
• Manage JAMF Pro for Mac device inventory, configuration, and security.
• Manage/build Microsoft InTune for Windows device administration.
• Guide and support junior employees to promote their professional development and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
• Manage Google Workspace and Office 365, including email, calendar, and collaboration tools.
• Manage Ubiquiti network infrastructure, optimize performance and security.
• Implement and enforce security best practices (regular audits, vulnerability assessments).
• Manage Slack, GitHub, and enforce collaboration/development policies (code review, security).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline tasks.
• Use scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to improve efficiency.
• Implement cloud automation for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Partner with security to ensure we adhere to industry best practices (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, CCPA, etc).
