  • Serve as Tier 2/3 technical escalation for identity, endpoint, and integration-related issues
  • Mentor junior IT Engineers and contribute to cross-pod collaboration with IT Asset Management and Service Delivery
  • Bachelor's degree required; engineering, computer science, or IT-related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or infrastructure roles
  • Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID / AD, Jamf Pro, and Intune
  • Proven ability to design and manage secure, scalable identity and endpoint architectures
  • Experience deploying and managing SSO, MFA, RBAC, and device trust workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to work on-site four days per week in NYC or Nashville
  • Experience with Workato or similar low-code automation platforms to drive operational efficiency
  • Experience designing or maintaining SaaS integrations across HRIS, identity, and productivity platforms
  • Background in high-growth startups or scaling IT in fast-paced environments
  • Experience supporting teams in healthcare or other regulated industries (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Certifications such as: Okta Certified Administrator or Professional, Jamf Certified Admin or Expert, Google Workspace Admin or Collaboration Engineer, GCP Cloud Digital Leader or Associate Cloud Engineer, Microsoft 365 Certified or CompTIA Security+, Network+
  • Familiarity with ITIL v4 or similar operational frameworks
  • Comprehensive benefits for all full-time, exempt employees
