  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire IT onboarding and off-boarding including equipment provisioning and IT security orientation.
  • Own the IT user account and hardware inventory lifecycle.
  • Resolve IT issues reported by employees with a focus to educate and discover self-service opportunities.
  • Provide in-person IT support in our Chicago office for video conferencing & AV equipment, office technology, and WiFi.
  • Define and thoroughly document endpoint security policies and procedures.
  • Utilize mobile device management tools to enforce security baselines on our fleet of corporate devices.
  • Configure, test, maintain and upgrade company IT network services and SaaS applications in our SSO provider.
  • Partner with the Security team to maintain device security compliance and reliable connectivity.
  • Monitor corporate office network performance and security while recommending improvements.
  • Research, evaluate and make proposals on new technology and support methods.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years experience in systems administration or IT support.
  • Primary expertise in macOS with solid proficiency in Windows.
  • Ability to write scripts for automating IT tasks.
  • Strong understanding of IT security concepts and has proven experience with deploying endpoint security best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.
  • Experienced in administering SSO and configuring SAML and OIDC applications with an identity provider.
  • Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, routers, switches in corporate offices.
  • Experience driving RBAC implementation across IT systems.
  • Communicating complex IT concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
