About The Position

Based in Seattle, Washington, our team combines deep industry experience with innovative solutions to drive transformative progress in the biologics landscape. The IT Manager, End User Services (EUS), will oversee a team of 10, including 7 full-time employees (FTEs) and 3 contractors. This role involves managing internet connections, vendor relationships, software licensing, and daily IT operations. The IT Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for incidents, legal queries, and audit preparations.
