They offer extensive support, from in-person help centers to online resources, ensuring secure and effective tech access for the nation's second-largest district. LAUSD's Information Technology Services (ITS) provides essential technology infrastructure, support, and strategic solutions for over 1.5 million users (students, staff, families), managing vast networks, data systems, security, email, and device support to drive student achievement and operational efficiency for the nation's second largest K-12 district. They focus on 21st-century tools, cybersecurity, data-driven insights, and ensuring equitable access, aligning technology with LAUSD's educational goals through innovative services and direct help desks. PROJECTThe Senior IT Director, Technical Systems directs, plans, and ensures the implementation and governance of the District’s enterprise technical infrastructure, platforms, and/or data analytics systems in complex IT environments.
