We are seeking an experienced IT Developer with a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in roles such as IT Developer, Software Engineering Sr. Analyst, or Software Developer. This position requires expertise in Product Information Management and Product Data Hub cloud or Supplier Hub modules, as well as experience with cloud implementations and integrating with ERP systems like Oracle E-Business and SAP. The candidate should be proficient in building Java/JavaScript applications and system integrations, and have experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as the role involves working with tools such as MS PowerPoint and Visio.

Acquire and interpret business requirements, create functional specifications, and determine the most efficient technologies.
Research and improve current coding standards and implement new development techniques.
Submit and review technical and process improvement recommendations as part of the technical leadership team.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to plan new features, gather requirements, and suggest solutions.
Support the entire application lifecycle including concept, design, testing, release, and support.
Work with new technologies while demonstrating drive, versatility, adaptability, and creative thinking.
Foster a culture of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
Perform analysis of business models, logical specifications, and customer requirements to design and build Internet solutions using multiple technologies.
Estimate hours for project tasks and schedule brainstorming activities surrounding development functionality.
Perform complex programming assignments requiring advanced knowledge of established programming standards, methods, and best practices.
Mitigate significant risks associated with high complexity projects and challenges to the business.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure shared use of standard tools and processes.
Communicate effectively using natural language and write clear and concise code.
Manage and prioritize workload between project and maintenance tasks.
Maintain and modify web applications, making approved changes and developing detailed programming logic.
Provide support for critical web application problems and issues, acting as a Subject Matter Expert when necessary.
Train and teach other developers, conducting research into new technologies, tools, components, and frameworks.
Manage project and task reporting as necessary, and make presentations to management, clients, and peer groups.
Schedule and lead project and communication meetings with clients.
Provide tier 2, on-call support for critical application problems and issues.

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
Five (5) years of experience as an IT Developer, Software Engineering Sr. Analyst, Software Developer, or related role.
Experience in Product Information Management and Product Data Hub cloud or Supplier Hub modules.
Five (5) years of Information Technology experience.
At least one cloud implementation experience.
Experience integrating with one or more ERP systems (Oracle E-Business, SAP, etc.).
Proficiency in building Java/JavaScript based applications and system integrations.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development.
Familiarity with presentation and communication tools such as MS PowerPoint and Visio.
