The Director IT Corporate Functions will lead the digital transformation and IT strategy across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and External Affairs in the US. This senior leader will ensure that technology investments and operations align with US business goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise-wide digital ambitions. The role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation across these critical corporate domains. Define and execute the IT vision and roadmap for US corporate functions in alignment with enterprise strategy and partner with C-level leaders in US Finance, HR, Legal, and External Affairs to identify opportunities for digital enablement and innovation. Oversee the architecture, integration, and lifecycle of core platforms (e.g., ERP, HCM, GRC). Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant systems that support financial reporting, workforce management, legal operations, and stakeholder engagement. Establish governance frameworks for IT investments, data privacy, and cybersecurity across corporate functions and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, FDA, PACT Act). Lead the delivery of IT services and solutions that support core business processes such as budgeting, payroll, legal case management, and external communications. Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance, service levels, and business impact. Build and lead a high-performing team of IT professionals, solution architects, and program managers. Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure alignment with service-level agreements and compliance standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives in regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of financial systems, HR platforms, legal tech, and stakeholder engagement tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
