You will: Lead complex technical issues from diagnosis to resolution — remote and onsite. Serve as the senior technical presence for client accounts. Anticipate problems before they become outages. Architect practical, secure, scalable solutions. Mentor junior team members and raise the standard across the organization. Document clearly and communicate confidently with business leaders. Protect and strengthen client environments with professionalism and precision. We measure ourselves by results — uptime, security, client trust, and long-term relationships. What You Bring We care about outcomes and capability — not buzzwords. You likely have: Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Server environments (Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, Group Policy, etc.) Strong Office 365 / M365 administration expertise Networking proficiency (routing, VLANs, firewalls, troubleshooting) Clear, professional communication with both technical and non-technical audiences Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail The ability to prioritize in fast-moving, high-stakes environments Self-leadership — you do not require micromanagement Bonus Strengths Not required, but highly valued: Linux and/or DevOps exposure Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) Prior MSP or field-service experience Experience advising business owners or executive teams How We Measure Success We are a performance-oriented organization. Requirements
