Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience with expert level knowledge of project management principles and customer service best practices in an IT/technology environment.
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into KPI driven reporting structures, ensuring consistent performance against operational deadlines and targets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills, including complex analysis and executive level reporting.
  • Strong ability to communicate customer requirements effectively to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Lean, Agile, and Scrum program management environments

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
  • Experience leading IT initiatives within engineering, manufacturing, or functional business groups.
  • AI proficiency and an aptitude for innovation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications related to Agile, Project Management Professional (PMI PMP), Lean, or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in understanding business needs, process gaps, and technology opportunities across Aerospace business units.
  • Support Business Relationship Managers in gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and helping translate business objectives into potential IT or AI solutions.
  • Build foundational relationships with business stakeholders to ensure clear communication between IT and the business.
  • Help identify simple use cases where AI, automation, or low code solutions (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) can improve productivity or streamline processes.
  • Support citizen developers by providing guidance on best practices, governance steps, and safe/secure use of AI and automation tools.
  • Assist with AI driven tasks such as: o creating dashboards or insights o building simple automated workflows o evaluating opportunities for generative AI copilots
  • Promote digital literacy and help business users adopt new AI-driven features and capabilities.
  • Contribute to the creation of technology roadmaps by gathering input from business teams and researching modern tools and trends.
  • Assist with developing use-case documentation, business cases, and user stories for new technology initiatives.
  • Participate in workshops and working sessions around process improvement and AI adoption.
  • Assist in project tracking, coordination, and documentation to ensure initiatives stay aligned with business requirements and timelines.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), user onboarding, and training activities for new systems or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Help monitor system performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence concepts (e.g., generative AI, large language models, machine learning basics).
  • Exposure to data tools, analytics, or low-code/no-code platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, or workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to learn and apply AI copilots and citizen developer tools.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, databases, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical ideas into business terms.
  • Interest in learning business processes and how technology drives value.
  • Ability to gather requirements, analyze problems, and propose potential solutions.
  • Collaborative working style with strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
