Position Details: Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Department: IT Inpatient & Ambulatory Services Additional details for this role: This IT role serves as a primary liaison between customers and internal teams, focused on delivering a responsive, high‑quality customer experience. The position offers a hybrid work environment, including on‑site visits to customer sites, and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Epic knowledge as well as experience in outpatient care settings is preferred. Overview of Position: Coordinates the efforts of corporate management in defining organizational goals and develops systems and procedures to achieve these goals. Manages complex IT projects, builds and maintains IT systems, works with customers to identify needs, select and acquire systems and develop plans that will lead to more profitable, effective and efficient operations or systems solutions.
