About The Position

The Sr Budget Manager, IT is responsible for managing the annual IT budget including forecasting, analysis and partnering with key stakeholders on process and communications. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, contract maintenance and negotiations for IS contracts, project managing IS Operations projects and overseeing automation initiatives across multiple departments. The role will manage and develop a team of employees and contractors supporting these initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of management experience, project management & budget development.
• Bachelor's Degree - IT Management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Altyerix or a similar system.
• Strong project management experience.
• Experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, evaluate, monitor, and track the IS budget.
• Analyze department's financial information, cash management, expenditures and project spend to ensure budget expectations are met.
• Manage automation projects across multiple departments in the company by prioritizing tasks, communicating deadlines and leading project meetings.
• Lead, develop & manage a team of IS financial analysts.
• Review, audit and approve purchases within the IS department.
• Oversee processing and maintenance of all SOWs, SAFs contracts and all requests for client letters for contractors.
• Negotiate contracts with IS vendors.
