Aechelon Technology is seeking an IT Automation & Integration Developer to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you’ll help automate and integrate key business systems, focusing on NetSuite customization, Python and PowerShell scripting, and the development of internal tools that make our operations more efficient. You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, and Software Engineering to enhance system interoperability and streamline IT workflows. A major part of this role involves supporting the development of a DevOps capability within IT. Establishing automation practices, improving version control, and shaping the tools we use to manage infrastructure and deployments. The Hybrid Work requirement for this role consists of 2 days per week in-office at the company’s South San Francisco location, while the remaining 3 days per week can be worked remotely from a home office. United States citizenship required due to restrictions on access to certain data.

  • Maintain and enhance NetSuite through SuiteScript and API integrations.
  • Develop automation scripts and internal tools using Python and PowerShell.
  • Partner with the Software Team to understand their toolsets and evaluate whether existing tools can be leveraged by IT or if new ones are needed.
  • Contribute to building a DevOps framework for IT to improve automation, configuration, and efficiency.
  • Use Git/GitHub for version control and maintain clear documentation.
  • 6+ years of experience in development, integration, or automation roles.
  • Intermediate skills in Python, JavaScript (SuiteScript), and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and version control systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (due to export-controlled materials).
