About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Overall Purpose: Coordinate and administer risk assessments and audits to ensure the integrity, efficiency, security, and compliance of the organization’s technology, while providing recommendations and validating corrective actions.

Requirements

  • An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts.
  • Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices.
  • Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value.
  • Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired, with preference for degree in technology
  • 3+ years of related experience is required, with preference for Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or equivalent top-tier consulting environments and exposure to large enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of IT risks and internal controls in areas such as IT governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience using data analytics in audit procedures or risk assessments
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced audit tools preferred
  • Professional certifications (CIA, CISA) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Risk Assessment and Audit Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of technology processes, systems, and infrastructure to identify risks and develop audit plans based on identified risks.
  • Audit Execution: Perform IT audits to evaluate the design of IT controls, policies, and procedures, and test control operational effectiveness in areas like cybersecurity and data privacy.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure IT practices comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and stay current with relevant industry standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001).
