The Position: The Stats & Insights team powers all scorekeeping and game insights experiences in the GameChanger app. The team maintains a stable, feature-rich game experience for team staff and parents, and an exciting way for fans to follow the action when they can't be at the game. As a Senior iOS Software Engineer, you will use modern tools to lead feature development in our native iOS application and across the stack. You will build engaging user-facing features by contributing your expertise, writing code, and making architectural decisions on a team of Product Managers, Designers, QA Analysts, and Engineers. You will report to one of our Product Engineering Managers. Note: This is a 3 month contract position. The hourly rate for this position is between $70 and $90 an hour.
Requirements
- Experience leading successful iOS projects and shipping beautiful, high-quality apps.
- Experience with regular design and code reviews with development team members to confirm use of best practices.
- Can understand, evaluate and develop skills in new technologies.
- Passion for working with the latest iOS tech.
- Experience with SwiftUI and TCA
- Communicates effectively with a cross-functional product team.
- Experience weighing specific technical tradeoffs to maximize impact for effort.
- Experience creating detailed technical documentation.
