About The Position

The Senior Investment Sales Analyst at CBRE is responsible for developing business and negotiating the sale, leasing, and marketing of high-profile commercial real estate properties. This role is integral to the Brokerage function, focusing on securing new business opportunities and providing comprehensive support to clients in the real estate market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with commercial property management software.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Professional certifications such as CCIM or SIOR.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Provide tenants and landlords with information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss features, rates, and terms.
• Compile complex property data for surveys, reports, maps, and presentations.
• Prepare requests for proposals and review RFP responses, evaluating data for real estate reports.
• Coordinate materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements and leases.
• Review and prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
• Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts and participate in negotiations.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, property values, and relevant legislation.
• Draft correspondence and prepare marketing materials.
