The Treasury Operations team is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Manager to lead key operational functions supporting Microsoft's investment portfolio. This role ensures operational integrity across trade settlements, foreign exchange, and share buyback programs. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND 5+ years experience with background in treasury, finance, banking, or accounting OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with investment instruments and security types, OR equivalent experience.
• Must be available to support East Coast trading hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for trade confirmations, settlements, fixed income, share buybacks, cash reconciliations, and corporate actions.
• Conduct daily data integrity reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage relationships with custody banks, system vendors, accounting teams, trading counterparties, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee collateral management activities in coordination with legal and counterparty agreements.
• Champion best practices aligned with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
