This is a hybrid role based out of our Columbus, OH office. The teams comes in 3 days a week. This position may be staffed at an Investment Analyst or Senior Investment Analyst level depending on the experience of the candidate. The Research Analyst will be responsible for commercial real estate (CRE) investment research supporting proactive portfolio management, including acquisition and disposition analysis of loans. Provides internal customers with current and relevant market data and assists them in their usage of the data. Evaluates sources of data in the context of how the data is to be used.
