We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Inventory Handler to help manage inventory components along with knowledge of shipping and receiving process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in inventory control, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry, or a High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience in inventory control, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in all aspects of shipping and receiving.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
  • Engages with all stakeholders with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing or distribution processes (fabless, foundry, IDM).
  • Knowledge of industry standards.
  • Extensive experience in the creation of process documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Verifies the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
  • Identifies and locates the right products during the delivery process.
  • Keeps a well-maintained and accurate inventory.
  • Handles returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication.
  • Collaborates with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.
  • Assists in the creation of an inventory process
  • Assists in the creation of an inventory ERP
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements
  • Participates in regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
