We work closely with onsite Field Services, regional partners, and global stakeholders to ensure employees have the right hardware, at the right time, with a seamless experience. Are you looking to join a dynamic, global IT organization with a dedicated focus on customer service and operational excellence? We are looking to add exceptional talent to our IT Hardware Asset Management team. This senior-level position is responsible for end-to-end IT hardware asset operations across the AMER region, partnering closely with procurement, vendors, IT operations, and workplace teams to ensure accurate asset tracking, compliance, availability, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT hardware asset management, end-user computing, or IT operations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related professional experience
  • Proven experience managing the full hardware asset lifecycle from procurement through decommissioning
  • Hands-on experience using ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region environments
  • Experience working with vendors, logistics partners, and internal procurement teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or acting as an escalation point for junior coordinators or support teams
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM), ServiceNow, or supply-chain related certifications

Responsibilities

  • Place and manage IT hardware orders for AMER, owning the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle including provisioning, deployment, refresh, and secure decommissioning
  • Ensure accurate asset tagging, tracking, and chain-of-custody throughout the lifecycle while maintaining accurate and compliant asset and CI records within the ServiceNow CMDB
  • Support and escalate ServiceNow asset-related tasks for regional and onsite coordinators
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and remediation to ensure database accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct onsite and regional stockroom audits across AMER, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies and variances
  • Maintain documentation to support audit readiness, operational consistency, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with asset-related incidents and issue investigations by gathering, validating, and documenting required information
  • Apply technical and operational expertise to resolve service disruptions in coordination with IT operations, workplace, and security teams
  • Identify opportunities for improving asset lifecycle, inventory, and CMDB processes
  • Create clear, concise, and well-organized communication materials including procedures, guidelines, audit findings, and status updates
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when adopting new tools, processes, or regional requirements
