About The Position

Improvement of efficiency of network Fab metrics consolidation through automation Collaborate with Area/Shift Production, Engineering, and IE to continually improve NPI metrics (wafers starts, wafer out, samples delivery, cycle time) Develop manufacturing science concepts to NPI line management and NPI inventory scheduling. Participate in the WW SIC forums, facilitate NPI network meetings and sustain/audit existing BKMs and business processes in the network. Build an environment of motivation to foster distributed team member's engagement to the fullest of their potential. Work location : F10 (SG), OMT (TW), F4/ID01 (USA)

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years experience in Inventory Control/Production Planning/Line Management
  • Demonstrate ability to solicit feedback, accept input and analyze success/failure in order to increase team's effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate understanding of different Mfg Area and different departments such as OI/PIE/Change Management to assist in area improvement projects.
  • Demonstrate success in applying their knowledge of Mfg Area processes and equipment to make informed, confident decisions.
  • Demonstrate meticulousness and striving for accuracy.
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred.
  • SQL, Tableau, Reporting capability to enable automation is preferred.
