As the Inventory Clerk IV, you will manage physical and virtual inventory in quarantine associated with nonconforming, PHO, unreleased, and RTV inventory. Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience with CAPA, Audits, Quality Audits, QMS structure.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14385 and 21 CFR 820 Quality Management or Document Control experience.
  • Experience with TrackWise.
  • Certified Auditor.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, desktop publishing software experience (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Familiar with modern ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and manufacturing documentation (i.e. BOMs, item masters, DHF, DMR, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
  • Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
  • Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
  • Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.
