About The Position

Infosys is seeking to hire a Senior Intune Engineer. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts. In this role, the candidate requires having experience in SCCM to Intune rollouts.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 3 years of technical IT consulting experience, or Support, and Cloud competency.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with one or more of the following products: Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, or 3rd party Mobile Device and/or Application Management (MDM/MAM) technologies.
• Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and device provisioning workflows.
• Understanding mobile security, compliance, and conditional access.

Nice To Haves

• Use depth understanding of the Microsoft Cloud, with focus on Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot and related technologies including integration with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
• Experience managing Apple iOS and Android devices using Intune.
• Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with IT support, infrastructure, and security teams to improve endpoint management.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new Intune and Autopilot features.
• Assist customers to deploy, configure and adopt the Microsoft Edge with Chromium browser, using Microsoft Endpoint Manager for deployment and configuration.
• Configure and manage Intune for mobile device enrollment and lifecycle management for iOS and Android devices.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access rules.
• Deploy and manage mobile applications through Intune for both corporate and BYOD scenarios.
• Monitor device health, policy compliance, and resolve enrollment or sync issues.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for mobile and Windows device issues.
