  • Optimize international transportation planning by leveraging Kimberly-Clark and Forwarder/Broker systems to deliver the lowest total landed cost while fully supporting planning and sourcing requirements.
  • Analyze transportation data using systems and reporting tools to proactively identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement while meeting KPIs.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable information related to customer shipments, freight flows, transportation costs, order volumes, and carrier capabilities to support daily operations and strategic decision-making.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their business needs and balancing service expectations with cost-efficiency goals.
  • Interpret and apply international shipping laws, rules and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Compile and maintain comprehensive data on routes, rates, and services, enabling informed decisions that support cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.
  • Apply Lean principles, structured problem-solving, and creative thinking to identify and lead initiatives that drive sustainable cost savings and elevate service levels across the enterprise.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and transparently with superiors, peers, and external partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a culture of respect, engagement, and growth, encouraging team members to enhance their individual and collective impact on business outcomes.
  • Develop foundational knowledge of international compliance, including Customs and other regulatory requirements in the U.S. and Canada, to support a resilient and compliant global supply chain.
  • Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of Supply Chain Experience.
  • 1+ years of Transportation related experience, strongly preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of the JDA Transportation System and SAP.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills or demonstrated mindset.
  • Broad knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS (Transportation Management System), preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Four Kites Core Track, preferred.
