About The Position
RS&H is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead internal communications as part of the Corporate Communications team. In this role, you'll lead and implement communication strategies that inform, engage, and connect our employee-owners across the firm. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders while working closely with the broader communications team to design and deliver campaigns that align with business goals and strengthen our culture of ownership. This is a hybrid position based in either Jacksonville or Tampa, Florida, requiring a consistent schedule for working in-office and remote based on team needs and expectations. While travel isn't a major part of the job, visiting different offices and engaging with diverse teams will strengthen your understanding of audience needs, allowing you to tailor campaigns more effectively.
