About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support Internal Communications & Readiness Training for the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will lead development of internal communications and readiness training planning and execution as part of cross functional teams to drive effective communications and readiness training leading to successful change adoption. You will facilitate on-line or in-person readiness training as applicable to support the initiative. You will strategize and collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders to plan and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives ensuring needs, timing, impacts, and audience are considered and understood. You will produce effective, clear, and concise communications, videos, change training, and readiness materials that support the change event or ongoing program enhancements relevant to the line of business audience. Additionally, you will facilitate live events, change training, and other business meetings, delivering communications and readiness resources when needed and to the right audiences, using the appropriate method and delivery channel. You will drive accountability for assigned initiatives and identify and implement ways to simplify work activities, improve process, efficiency, and performance. You will perform impact assessments and audience analysis through fact finding and data, identify creative approaches to solve complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. You will collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution & Readiness team and Commercial Banking and other lines of business leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with developing and delivering internal communications and readiness training.
  • Experience facilitating readiness training through on-line or in-person.
  • 4+ years in financial services industry experience, preferably in Commercial Banking or Commercial Investment Banking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
  • Detail oriented with high acumen in communications and readiness training.
  • Ability to develop and deliver internal communications and readiness training materials.
  • Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and take initiative.
  • Work effectively in a team environment across all organizational levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Commercial Banking or Commercial Investment Banking.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and present complex concepts in a simplified manner.
