Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of audit experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of audit processes, methods, and best practices

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor)
• Completion of Program in General Insurance or other relevant continuing education

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial audits of critical business processes
• Assess and enhance risk management, control, and governance practices
• Work closely with stakeholders across the company to drive efficiency
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and co-sourcing firms
• Assist in developing the annual internal audit plan and Audit Committee materials
• Advocate for strong internal controls and corporate governance
