Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of workplace interiors experience through all project phases
  • Proven track record managing project financials, contracts, and client relationships
  • Revit proficient; comfortable with standard PM software
  • Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in front of clients
  • LEED GA required (or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire)
  • NCIDQ or registered architect preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, or environmental analysis tools
  • Living Design credentials: WELL AP, LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, Passive House, or ILFI Accreditation

Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle: scope, fee, budget, schedule, client communication, and team performance
  • Serve as primary client liaison — you build the relationship, you protect it
  • Manage projects in Deltek, including work plans, budgets, change notices, and schedules
  • Coordinate with the Operations Director and Interiors team on staffing; lead and mentor your project teams
  • Identify and manage risk — client issues, technical issues — before they become problems
  • Participate in marketing, business development, and client relationship cultivation
  • Review deliverables for accuracy, code compliance, and consistency with the Project Delivery Manual
