We are seeking a talented and dynamic Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, managing, and delivering exceptional interior solutions for highly branded, themed, graphic, and experiential projects. Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to discuss goals and objectives in order to provide creative and innovative design solutions.
  • Develop interior hospitality environments that cater to brand identity, guest experience, safety, and operations in markets ranging from sports and entertainment, mixed use commercial, multifamily residential, and retail.
  • Produce conceptual, technical, and constructable drawings, specifications, and documentation and direct others in these tasks.
  • Lead creative and innovative design solutions, and the proficiency and efficiency of the interior design team members.
  • Teach and mentor to aid junior staff professional development.
  • Manage and direct project teams, communicate and delegate tasks effectively, and contribute to staff reviews and professional development goals.
  • Collaborate within interior design teams and clients but also with every level, including but not limited to project architects, project managers, marketing team members, building engineers, subconsultants, vendors, and design partners.
  • Create fee and project budgets and performing project management tasks.
  • Deliver projects within the budget outlined as well as meeting client expectations.
  • Participate in marketing and business development efforts from production of visual aids, written proposals, and participation in interviews.
  • Participate in staffing and work planning efforts.
  • Stay at the forefront of the latest experience design trends, technologies, and concepts to ensure innovative and cutting-edge solutions.
  • Lead the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring that each project delivers a unique and unforgettable experience.
  • Occasional travel is required.
