About The Position

Curve Hospitality is a leading interior design and procurement firm specializing in innovative, brand-compliant hotel environments for major hospitality brands nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with proven hospitality experience to lead hotel projects from concept through installation. The ideal candidate excels at selecting materials, specifying FF&E, and delivering functional, visually compelling spaces that align with brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Interior Design or related field.
• 6+ years of experience, with strong background in hospitality design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit a plus.
• Deep knowledge of hotel brand standards and FF&E.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design for new construction and renovation projects.
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings suited to hospitality settings.
• Prepare FF&E specifications, finish schedules, and construction documents.
• Ensure design quality, budget alignment, and brand compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
