Requirements

• Interior Design degree from an accredited university
• 8-10 years of relevant design experience and NCIDQ certification
• Proficient in Revit and Enscape; Rhino is a plus
• Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign); prior experience with other visualization tools beneficial
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems independently

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Civic, Community, Culture market sector preferred
• Prior design in other sectors, such as Commercial Mixed Use, Aviation, and/or Academic appreciated

Responsibilities

• Interior design from project inception through construction.
• Selection of materials, lighting, and fixtures; prior experience with furniture specification appreciated.
• Coordination across design teams including architects, engineers and consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers and custom fabricators.
• Project documentation via client presentations, renderings, CD sets, detail drawings, specifications and finish binders, as well as timely and thorough responses during CA.
