About The Position

The Senior Analyst leads and guides the team in conducting rapid assessments of emerging local, domestic, and international security threats, including sensitive developments and complex issues. Acting as a force multiplier, this role ensures intelligence outputs are consistent, high-quality, and actionable for internal stakeholders. The successful candidate brings strong analytical expertise and leadership, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly in fast-paced environments with limited information. Working collaboratively across time zones, the Senior Analyst partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors, supports core intelligence operations, and drives continuous improvement and innovation in analytic processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. (business, international relations, or security-related
  • Experience with open-source research, online investigation, and alert writing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to succinctly summarize and assess information
  • Pre-employment background check and or subject interview
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an operation center, crisis management, travel security, or other fast-paced environment requiring rapid decision-making and analysis
  • Demonstrated leadership or managerial experience
  • Proficient in multiple languages and customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain analytic standards, templates, and style guidelines
  • Conduct routine quality audits and identify trends or gaps in production
  • Track and report quality metrics (timeliness, accuracy, stakeholder feedback)
  • Support quality assurance processes across intelligence products
  • Serve as a reviewer for intelligence products, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Lead onboarding and training programs for new analysts
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Develop training materials covering OSINT tradecraft, analytic writing, and tools
  • Conduct exercises and simulations to enhance incident response capabilities
  • Serve as a liaison to internal stakeholders and business partners
  • Deliver briefings and intelligence products tailored to operational and executive audiences
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve product relevance and usability
  • Support leadership during high-risk events and crisis operations
  • Manage relationships with external intelligence vendors and data providers
  • Evaluate vendor tools and outputs for quality, relevance, and effectiveness
  • Identify and onboard new technologies to enhance collection and analysis capabilities
  • Coordinate with external partners, including public sector or security organizations, as needed
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across workflows
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve collection and analysis
  • Lead after-action reviews and lessons learned following major incidents
  • Stay current on the evolving OSINT landscape and conduct routine audits of tools and platforms to ensure effectiveness and relevance
  • Monitor global open-source information to identify emerging threats and risks
  • Produce timely intelligence products and alerts using established methodologies
  • Support real-time crisis operations and incident response
  • Maintain awareness of threats impacting travel, personnel safety, and business operation
