About The Position

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst, Executive Protection (Senior Analyst) to enable and foster greater visibility across the threat landscape impacting our Executive Officers (C-Suite). This role will require a deep knowledge of intelligence tools, partnership building skills, and an understanding of the relevant synergies needed between local, state, and federal law enforcement entities, as well as the need to engage them when necessary, while operating within the critical autonomy of private sector business interests. The Senior Analyst will support the broader Safety, Security, and Resilience team's goal in providing timely, relevant, actionable intelligence to decision makers and risk owners. As a Senior Analyst, you will understand information requirements and specific projects relating to individual executives concerning travel, events, daily operations, and personal routines requiring a greater understanding of associated risk and recommended mitigating actions requiring implementation for risk reduction. This role will require timely analysis and prompt response to ad-hoc requests for analytical support and products. The Senior Analyst will work with key stakeholders through the collection, analysis and distribution of actionable products relating to physical, geopolitical, and economic threats and risks to executives in the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of risk intelligence, threat analysis, business intelligence/analysis, crisis management, Intelligence Community, experience in private and/or public government.
  • Experience with analytic techniques to develop tailored intelligence products and provide threat and incident notifications.
  • Creative thinker, capable of spotting and forecasting emerging trends, threats and tactics.
  • Superior writing skills, understanding of intelligence analysis writing style, and the intelligence cycle.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of internationally focused intelligence work and how it informs the private sector business environment.
  • Available portfolio for review and demonstrated expertise.
  • Able to present and defend intelligence positions to a variety of audiences, including colleagues, business representatives, and senior executives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the global political and economic environment; ability to identify international events of importance through multiple methods beyond the top headlines.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, while maintaining strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills; a great degree of emotional intelligence and maturity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an intelligence analyst with the federal government, or as a political risk analyst.
  • Fluency in one or more languages, other than English.
  • Existing relationships with government and global associations relevant to the position.
  • Currently possessing a federal U.S. government security clearance.
  • An understanding of artificial intelligence, cloud computing and/or observability are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Use multiple sources and tools to identify, analyze, and report on potential risks, business impacts, and threats to executives, other employees, reputation, assets and brand.
  • Use analytical techniques, tools, and tradecraft to mitigate risk and add value to the broader physical security of executives, their families, and Intuitive's operations.
  • Identify relevant and emerging trends/threats, fostering early warning indicators and response capabilities.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of online open-source intelligence, social media platforms, and the deep and dark web, for known and potential threats to executives, employees, assets, brand, and emerging/evolving risks.
  • Collect, assess, and organize intelligence and data into relevant, actionable executive level reports.
  • Help to develop intelligence products including, but limited to, the weekly Global Intelligence Report, Mid and Year End Assessments, and other documents reviewed by leadership.
  • Manage Persons of Interest (POIs) and support ad hoc investigations concerning specific or contemplated risks to executives.
  • Build partnerships and synergies with internal, strategic business partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with external governmental, academic, and private sector professionals to amplify awareness around new tools, trends, and grow greater support for executive protection.
  • Carry out duties in an honest and ethical manner, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the team.
