The Senior Integrity Engineer will play a crucial role within the Maintenance & Integrity Excellence Centre team, focusing on the implementation of integrity strategies that are vital for the operational efficiency and safety of various static equipment assets. This position involves the development and optimization of inspection routines and corrosion control methods, ensuring that all activities align with defined maintenance strategies. The engineer will lead the execution of risk-based inspection strategies that adhere to international standards, thereby enhancing the integrity management processes within the organization. In this role, the Senior Integrity Engineer will analyze integrity reports and corrosion data to propose actionable improvement measures. They will conduct integrity assessments for static equipment, utilizing standards such as API 510, API 570, API 653, API 579, ASME SEC VIII D1, and ASME B31.3/31.8/31.4. Additionally, the engineer will assess the effectiveness of both internal and external corrosion control measures, including cathodic protection systems and chemical treatments. The position also requires the implementation of strategies to manage the integrity of unpiggable pipelines, extrapolating mechanical conditions for pipelines that cannot be inspected directly. The Senior Integrity Engineer will provide technical support for the development and implementation of repair strategies, as well as assist in the establishment of Standard Integrity Management Processes and a Computerized Integrity Management System. Furthermore, the engineer will analyze maintenance and process safety KPIs, leveraging big data to identify trends and areas for improvement. They will contribute to the development of both short and long-term maintenance management master plans, identify innovative inspection and corrosion control techniques, and evaluate current best practices to enhance company integrity procedures. The role also involves providing technical support in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Management of Change (MoC) processes, and participating in technical reviews related to integrity and maintenance for both onshore and offshore assets.
