This role is responsible for defining and solving complex technical problems, conducting targeted research, analyzing criteria, and applying effective solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in desktop technology operations, enterprise systems management, and cross-functional collaboration-especially within Agile environments and SCCM ecosystems.
