It is a skilled, versatile team, with specialists spanning project management and production expertise across multiple departments. You will ensure structured workflows, financial efficiency, and operational excellence, while managing multiple high-profile projects across different markets and teams. As a Senior Integrated Producer, you will provide both leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring your projects meet financial, creative, and operational goals. Reporting to our Senior Integrated Producer, you will oversee project planning, scoping, and production, ensuring that projects are managed.This is a hybrid role based in our NYC office. The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 — 100,000 USD per year and final salary ranged will be based upon experience.

Requirements

  • Experience planning, scoping, and completing complex projects across multiple markets.
  • Advanced production knowledge of digital, social, and video production workflows, including adaptation, transcreation, and AI-powered automation.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost reconciliation.
  • Accomplished at managing senior-level client interactions, ensuring understanding and strategic project oversight.
  • Experience handling high-stakes production challenges with confidence.
  • Leadership & Mentorship – Able to develop, support, and guide junior producers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-budget, multi-market projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, financial targets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Client Management to agree on client expectations, lead status updates, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget oversight and financial management – track financial health, manage POs, reconcile invoices, and flag commercial risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflows, production efficiency, and internal processes.
  • Partner with Resource Management to ensure appropriate talent casting and workload distribution across teams and external partners.
  • Manage large-scale content production, ensuring deliverables are optimized for several digital, social, and paid media channels.
  • Oversee localization and adaptation workflows, ensuring creative consistency across markets and regions.
  • Implement structured workflows and process efficiencies, leading improvements to best practices within Integrated Production.
  • Respond to production challenges using strategic leadership.
  • Develop junior team members, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Be the trusted production partner to senior partners, both internally and externally.
  • Manage client escalations and scope discussions, ensuring agreement.
