About The Position

Bumble is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to elevate Bumble's position as the leading relationships and social networking app in the U.S. Reporting to the Associate Director, U.S. Marketing this role is responsible for developing and executing innovative, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and user growth. You will be a key player in scaling Bumble's brand presence across the US through data-driven go-to-market strategies, culturally resonant activity, and compelling partnerships across media, influencer, and sports collaborations. We're looking for a culturally connected and strategically minded marketer who understands how to translate brand purpose into impactful, multi-channel storytelling that drives measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or Masters are a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing with deep knowledge of consumer branding.
  • Digital and social media marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and pivot accordingly.
  • Team management experience.
  • Proven experience managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns at a brand with a global presence.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of the media landscape, channels and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine campaign success and market performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver against brand, growth, and engagement objectives — across paid, earned, owned, and influencer channels.
  • Lead go-to-market channel planning for campaigns, cultural moments, and sports partnerships, from concept through execution, ensuring Bumble's voice is authentic and distinctive in every channel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams like Creative, PR, Media, Growth as well as with other global integrated marketing teams to design holistic campaigns that drive key business metrics.
  • Oversee media and influencer programs, partnering with agencies to identify, brief, and manage talent and media partners that align with Bumble's values and resonate with our audience.
  • Manage agency relationships and external partners to ensure high-quality creative and execution across channels.
  • Translate audience insights into actionable plans, leveraging consumer research, cultural trends, and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform future initiatives and enhance ROI.
  • Champion innovation by suggesting ways to improve activations, integrate into cultural moments to keep Bumble at the forefront of the marketing landscape.
  • Support growth strategies for key US regions, adapting global plans to local nuances and sharing results to influence broader marketing best practices.
