Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with financial services clients.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry including banking, capital markets, fintechs, and insurtech.
  • Ability to analyze digital analytics and provide tactical recommendations.
  • Experience in leading multi-channel marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Leads storytelling campaigns across various media platforms (paid, owned, earned, or shared) and can confidently articulate the benefits of a multi-channel approach.
  • Analyzes digital analytics to provide advice on strategies to clients for digital and marketing campaigns.
  • Develops and leads multi-channel programs on behalf of clients and ensures expert execution of program ideas.
  • Identifies opportunities to apply insights from integrated campaigns across the agency.
  • Identifies opportunities for leadership and collaboration with senior team members to expand client programs.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the overall financial services industry, spending at least 5 years working with financial services clients.
  • Maintains expertise in the financial service industry verticals of interest.
  • Leads and manages various projects across functional teams to ensure they’re meeting client needs.
  • Provides support as needed on new business initiatives.
  • Exhibits deep understanding of and can confidently speak to clients’ business, customer base, and products/services.
  • Articulates client goals and the strategy behind how to achieve them.
  • Provides reports on program progress to showcase a clear understanding of client goals.
  • Delegates client work to juniors and peers, providing a clear explanation of the assignment.
  • Fully understands what client KPIs are and works with the client to ensure those KPIs are being met.
