About The Position

Reporting to the GM of Comfort/HVAC and Home Appliances, the Senior Integrated Category Operations Manager is responsible for bringing category strategy, positioning, and brand promise to life through high-impact category marketing and merchandising execution across Retail and HVAC channels. This role translates product marketing strategy and category vision into compelling in-market initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across both online and offline environments, while supporting sell-in activities through strong go-to-market execution. Working in close partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and HQ teams, the Senior Integrated Category Operations Manager leads the development and execution of channel-specific supporting activities, product activation, and go-to-market programs for assigned categories. The role ensures consistent, competitive category presentation and shopper experience across retail stores, ecommerce platforms, and HVAC distribution, while tailoring execution to the unique requirements of each channel. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in marketing, brand, or go-to-market roles, deep digital experience, and a proven ability to develop and execute initiatives that drive results, influence senior stakeholders, and support channel partners within a fast-paced, global organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in category marketing, channel marketing, merchandising, or go-to-market roles within durable goods, appliances, HVAC, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the execution of marketing and merchandising initiatives across retail, ecommerce, and/or B2B distribution channels.
  • Expertise across physical retail, digital commerce platforms, and distribution environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate category strategy, product positioning, and brand direction into effective in-market execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams within a matrixed organization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment, including collaboration with U.S.- and Asia-based teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of category launch initiatives that translate product marketing strategy and brand positioning into effective in-store, digital, and distributor-focused activation.
  • Partner closely with Product, Brand, and Sales teams to align on category vision, positioning, and messaging, ensuring consistent execution across retail, ecommerce, and HVAC distribution channels.
  • Develop and implement channel-specific activation strategies, including in-store presentation, digital shelf execution, content standards, and promotional toolkits, tailored to the needs of each channel.
  • Support new product introductions by coordinating readiness, launch assets, and channel execution plans in collaboration with Product, Brand, Sales, and channel partners.
  • Partner with ecommerce and field teams to optimize digital and physical shopper experiences, including navigation, content, comparison tools, and merchandising hierarchy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Analytics teams to support category reviews, line reviews, and Joint Business Planning with insights, tools, and merchandising recommendations.
  • Translate market trends, competitive activity, and shopper insights into actionable improvements that enhance category positioning and differentiation.
  • Lead internal teams to ensure category activation and marketing execution is aligned, on-time, on-budget, and consistent across channels and regions, from planning through in-market rollout.
