Reporting to the GM of Comfort/HVAC and Home Appliances, the Senior Integrated Category Operations Manager is responsible for bringing category strategy, positioning, and brand promise to life through high-impact category marketing and merchandising execution across Retail and HVAC channels. This role translates product marketing strategy and category vision into compelling in-market initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across both online and offline environments, while supporting sell-in activities through strong go-to-market execution. Working in close partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and HQ teams, the Senior Integrated Category Operations Manager leads the development and execution of channel-specific supporting activities, product activation, and go-to-market programs for assigned categories. The role ensures consistent, competitive category presentation and shopper experience across retail stores, ecommerce platforms, and HVAC distribution, while tailoring execution to the unique requirements of each channel. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in marketing, brand, or go-to-market roles, deep digital experience, and a proven ability to develop and execute initiatives that drive results, influence senior stakeholders, and support channel partners within a fast-paced, global organization.
