Requirements

  • Proven success in insurance sales or a related field, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Deep expertise in life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and disability insurance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex products for advisors.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience in managing sales territories.
  • A consultative mindset, adept at navigating complex sales cycles and tailoring recommendations to unique client needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage your assigned territory to maximize advisor engagement and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Use a proactive, consultative approach to identify opportunities and meet territory-specific goals.
  • Demonstrate mastery of insurance products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and disability insurance, to offer tailored solutions for complex client scenarios.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, carrier updates, and competitive products to provide trusted, up-to-date advice.
  • Recruit and onboard new advisors, cultivating strong partnerships to exceed baseline revenue targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with top producers by delivering exceptional support and educating them on high-quality carrier offerings and balanced product strategies.
  • Develop a forward-thinking sales strategy that identifies new opportunities, drives advisor engagement, and fosters long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with advisors to craft customized, client-centered insurance solutions.
  • Represent CBS Brokerage’s full suite of risk mitigation and protection products, ensuring advisors have the tools they need to serve their clients effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between advisors and home offices, resolving case management issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
