We are seeking a Senior Installer and Trainer. The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem-solver, passionate with building and maintaining a team environment, and strives to be an integral part of the overall success of the Company. Ensure XPEL film window tinting and paint protection film meet the standards. Must lead by example and participate in installation duties as needed. Work to learn the newest product innovations, focused on educating and train the infield operations team on the regularly changing requirements. Requirements

• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Outgoing personality.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Car counts at dealerships
• Communicate schedule with store managers as needed
• Assisting Field Operations Manager on scheduling installers
• Liaison between Field Operations Manager and installer- payroll/EOD/Warranties/ Pricing
• Quality control and inspection of installation
• Assist Field Operations Manager with Audits as needed
• Cultivating and maintaining work relationships with upper management at the dealerships
• Assisting Field Operations Manager in the field where needed
• Inventory monitoring
